The apartment benefits from almost total privacy and has extensive and extremely beautiful views over the valleys sloping down towards the Arno. The property includes 3 ha of grounds cultivated with olive groves. This charming yet traditional cottage like house will be a nice base for a couple wishing to explore this beautiful part of Italy. From the kitchen has will have direct access to the garden and charming terrace fully equipped for outdoor dining. Please be advised the house can be accessed along 3 km of dirt track road.     “Die Ferienwohnung im Haus der Vermieter mit separatem Eingang, zwei Terrassen war super. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine super. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach auch klasse. Note 5 sehr empfehlenswert.
    Die Vermieter sehr nett, herzlich und tierfreundlich, nicht aufdringlich aber immer ansprechbar. Verständigung auf englisch oder italiänisch möglich.
    Anfahrtsweg zur Casa über 2,5 km Schotterstraße. Natur pur. Mit tiefer gelegtem PKW nicht möglich. Mit Daimler C Klasse bei vorsichtiger fahrweise kein Problem. Dafür lebt man mitten in der Natur auf ca. 400 Höhenmetern mit unbezahlbaren Ausblick.”
