    “Wir, Ehepaar Mitte 50, waren hier vom 09. - 16.06.2012. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage befinden sich in einem Topzustand. Das Haus ist hochwertig gebaut und sogar behinderten-, das heißt rollstuhlgerecht. Die Anlage liegt ca. 8 Kilometer von Massa Martana entfernt für sich allein in wunderschöner Lage mit fantastischem Rundblick. Das Paar, welches die Anlage betreut, war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Was leider etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ, war die mangelhafte Küchenausstattung. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte schauen, dass er eine gewisse Grundausstattung selber mitbringt (zum Beispiel Küchenmesser, ordentliche Pfanne, zusätzlichen Topf, etc.). Die Wegbeschreibung sollte ebenfalls etwas detaillierter sein, bzw. mit einem google map plan unterlegt sein. Die Zufahrt zur Anlage ist von Massa Martana aus über Montignano einfacher zu finden (100 Meter nach der Kirche Maria in Pantana). Links über Montignano - am Schloßhotel vorbei - nicht! Richtung Macceleria abbiegen, sondern gerade auf dem ungeteerten Weg bleiben - durch den Bauernhof hindurchfahren. Man sieht dann schon bald die Pinienallee, vor der ein schönes Eisentor den Eingang zur Anlage markiert.”
