Dolní Příbrání 20 km from Kaplice: Child friendly, beautiful, comfortable country house "Dolní Příbraní", 2 storeys, built in 2002, surrounded by meadows. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, meadow. Patio, terrace, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 12 km, grocery 6 km, restaurant 12 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 6 km, ski lift 6 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). The cottage is in a European protected locality of the Upper Malše basin for rare species of animals, the Close to the UNESCO world heritage towns of Rozemberk and Cesky Krumlov (30 minutes by car). It's a perfect place for nature lovers to watch birds and other wild animals. Hiking, cycling and cross-country-skiing is also possible in the surrounding area. Trips to Austria from the border municipalities of Cetviny and Pohori na Sumave.

    “Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ihr Ferienhaus in Südböhmen ist sehr schön. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern dort eine sehr gemütliche, erholsame Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und hat große, freundliche Zimmer. Auch die Außenanlagen mit gemähtem Rasen und Grillstelle sind sehr einladend und großräumig. Für Urlauber, die in ihren Ferien Stille und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, ist es ideal.
    Eine Empfehlung möchte ich geben für die Angabe der Adresse und der Wegbeschreibung zum Objekt. Wir hatten große Probleme, das einsame Häuschen zu finden. Ohne Handy und Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner hätten wir es nie gefunden. Die Adresse in den Reiseunterlagen ist Dolni Pribrani, Pohorska Ves. Wir sind in diesen Ort gefahren und von da aus haben wir uns nicht mehr zurechtgefunden. In der Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte stehen, dass man am besten über Kaplice, Malonty, Bela fahren sollte. In Bela sollten wir abgeholt werden, sind aber dort nicht angekommen. Das Navi hat im Wald und in Pohovska Ves total versagt. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich und angenehm trotz unser Verspätung.”
