Located in a beautiful urbanisation with well-kept gardens and next to a tennis club, the apartment offers a relaxing and modern atmosphere. The rental of the apartment does not include the use of the sports facilities of the tennis club, guests can enjoy the public spaces and gardens of the community.

Access to the A-7 motorway is quick and easy, making it easy to visit places such as Malaga, Marbella, Estepona or even Tarifa. For those who prefer not to drive, the beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

The duplex is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to an open-plan space that includes a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private terrace and ample storage space for luggage. Both rooms have a double bed and share a modern bathroom with a shower.
