The house with two accommodation units is located in a species-rich natural garden at the eastern end of the Oberbergischer Kreis on the edge of the Sauerland. You live at ground level with access via a covered terrace and can park directly in front of the flat in the courtyard free of charge. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.

The flat has 57 sqm plus 20 sqm covered terrace with sleeping places for 2-3 persons and is comfortably equipped. The direct view into the garden invites you to observe plants and animals and to relax.

In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and there is the option to add a guest bed for a third person. The living room with couch, wicker armchairs and desk has a 40' satellite TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher and freezer/fridge). In the bathroom you will find a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and a large mirror, and in the utility room you will also find a washing machine and dryer.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
