The kettle and Nespresso machine are ready for your favorite hot drink. At the heart of the house is a cozy 6-person dining table connecting the kitchen with the living room. On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely double room with two single box spring beds (90x200cm), easily convertible into a double bed (180x200cm). As everything is on one level, the house is also suitable for disabled guests or those with limited mobility. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink with a large illuminated mirror. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms. One room has two single box spring beds (90x200cm), bedside tables, and bed lighting. The room is wonderfully bright thanks to two large skylights. On the other side of the first floor is the master bedroom featuring a double box spring bed with two separate mattresses (90x200cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, and expansive views over the fields through the uniquely atmospheric round window. Here too, there is great natural light through the two skylights in the sloping roof.

For added convenience, there's a washing machine so you'll always have clean towels for another day at the beach. There is also ample storage space for your luggage and other belongings. Next to the house, there's room to store bicycles, ideal for exploring the area. Parking is available at the front of the driveway, with space for three cars.

In the green area, you'll find fun playground equipment such as a trampoline, swing, and slide, perfect for hours of playtime. For the little ones, a foldable baby cot and high chair are available.
