Enjoy the world from above: The beautifully furnished Villa Garrafa is enthroned on a hill above the sea, offers a magnificent view of the same and is situated in an absolutely unique location on 70,000 m² of mostly natural grounds. The lovingly furnished holiday home is nestled between olive trees in the mountainous landscape. The house is surrounded by an idyllic outdoor area where you can spend those long-awaited sunny days and commute back and forth between the many attractive locations. On the beautiful covered terrace there are several ways to enjoy your meals outdoors, depending on the position of the sun you can simply choose the right spot. The pool area offers plenty of sun loungers and a highlight: you can enjoy the tranquillity of this place in comfort on the four-poster bed shaded by an awning.

Inside the brightly decorated house, you will find an aesthetic, pleasantly spacious charm. The light-coloured floor coverings in combination with the dark wooden furniture give the house a friendly and sunny atmosphere. This creates an elegant yet pleasantly harmonious charm. Two dining tables invite you to dine indoors, one of which is located in the semi-open-plan living area with comfortable sofas and flat-screen TVs for extensive relaxation. The modern wooden kitchen with technical appliances such as a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, kettle and filter coffee machine provides the second dining area. The villa has also lovingly thought of the little holidaymakers, who can gain their first cooking experience in the colourful children's kitchen. The tasteful ambience is also reflected in the lovingly designed bedrooms and modern bathrooms, most of which are en-suite. There are two living areas, some with a fireplace, where you can linger in cooler temperatures. Outside, on the terrace on the ground floor, you have a perfect view over the mountain landscape to the sea. Breathtakingly beautiful!

Eight mountain peaks characterise the western part of the island, which is also characterised by its proximity to the coast. Andratx is located in the mountains, away from the harbour town of Port d'Andratx. This in turn invites you to stroll through the streets and enjoy the nightlife with its numerous cafés and restaurants, which can even be categorised as haute cuisine. Andratx also has a wide range of shopping facilities, ideal for those who want to enjoy independent self-catering days. In addition to the larger shops, there is a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays where you can buy fresh food (Pasatge de Son Mas and S'Arraco). From Port d'Andratx, you have the opportunity to take a trip to the uninhabited rocky island of Sa Dragonera (the Dragon Island) and discover the extraordinary flora and fauna there on a guided tour. And if you don't want to take a dip in the hotel's own pool, you can visit the 180 metre long sandy beach of Sant Elm or the beach of Camp de Mar. By the way: Villa Luisa is directly adjacent to Villa Garrafa. This is just as elegantly furnished as Garrafa and can also be rented if required (larger groups of up to 14 people). The breathtakingly beautiful Villa Garrafa is located between Camp de Mar and Andratx on a fantastic hillside plot of 70 hectares. From here you have a breathtaking view all the way to the sea! The beautiful mountain village of Andratx is ideal for shopping and strolling. For hours by the sea, you can drive to the nearby sandy beach of Camp de Mar, for example.
