The sea right in front of you and the mighty Tramuntana mountains right behind you is what makes Colònia de Sant Pere so charming and the location of this cosy townhouse so attractive! On the quiet edge of the residential area, within walking distance of the supermarket and the mini beach, Can Roig Loft offers its guests two airy floors with a garden and outdoor shower as well as parking on the doorstep. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors let in light and ensure openness, while curtains and the large sliding door offer protection and privacy. Sophisticated architecture creates an oasis of calm in the sun and shade, on the lawn or gravelled area by the house, in small patios and on the BBQ terrace under the fabric awning. Here you can relax on the stone sun lounger or enjoy an aperitif and wait for the call in peace and quiet: a la mesa, por favour. The top floor also offers two balconies that are accessible to everyone, ideal for morning workouts and stretching exercises before a hike or bike ride.

The cosy interior speaks plain language: home, sweet home is what the cushions on the green sofas in front of the flat-screen TV and fireplace call out to their respective occupants, the walls of the inner courtyard wish you a good night and the spacious, bright fitted kitchen tells you on its glass doors where you will find the next delicacy. From the air-conditioned double bedroom on the ground floor, you wave to the living room one last time before drawing the curtains and closing the green gate to the garden terrace: Quiet please. Upstairs there are three further, similarly furnished bedrooms (two with single beds), all with access to fresh air. The shared hallway leads to the roof terraces. There are two bathrooms on the upper floor and on the ground floor, one with a shower and one with a shower tray. The outdoor shower can also be used, not to mention the sea.

With Badia dAlcúdia on one side and Cala Ratjada on the other, you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in Mallorca! A (still) quiet village without extensive hotel complexes invites you to take a stroll along its harbour promenade, the Paseo Marítimo: restaurants such as Blau Marí and Es Vivers offer a view of the water while you dine. The almost 2 km long sandy area of Son Serra de Marina in the direction of Colònia de Sant Pere offers plenty of sunny spots for everyone and the favourable winds allow surfers to jump on their boards. Mountain bikers and hikers are more likely to head for Betlem in the mountains or north of Artà in the Parc natural de la Península de Llevant. And those looking for a truly exceptional holiday experience will find a wide range of entertainment in Can Picafort, around 20 km away, or perhaps go horse riding in Rancho Grande Park.

Close to the sea! This white, two-storey villa with its spacious (balcony) terraces is located on the edge of the residential area of Colònia de Sant Pere on the eastern foothills of Badia dAlcúdia. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few hundred metres away and the mini bathing area, protected by breakwaters, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The drive to the (surf) beach of Son Serra de Marina or Artà takes around 15 minutes; hikers should set off from Betlem.
