This property is a must for anyone who values a peaceful and sophisticated ambience on holiday. Villa Son Beltran fulfils both requirements in a particularly satisfying way. The huge estate of no less than 15,000 m² invites guests to linger and relax as they please. The park-like atmosphere of this property is emphasised by extensive lawns, airy spaces with natural shade under magnificent trees, flowerbeds, paths and small walls. You will immediately feel at home here. The highlight of the garden is of course the pretty pool, in which you can swim laps over a length of 11 metres. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase. The outdoor shower installed right next to the pool allows you to take a quick refreshing shower, after which you can make yourself comfortable on one of the cosy loungers under the Mediterranean sun and perhaps relax for a while. If you need protection from the strong UV rays, there are two parasols at your disposal. The needs of our younger guests have also been taken into account when designing the garden. On the large lawn, where they can romp around wonderfully, a swing also invites them to relax. The outdoor area has particularly attractive terrace areas, which are skilfully designed and distributed over different levels of this house with a unique layout. The tiled covered terraces are located on the ground floor and the stone terrace is slightly higher and offers an enchanting view. This area can be accessed from outside via a rustic staircase leading up to the roof terrace, which is possibly the most luxurious outdoor seating area this property has to offer. Tasteful outdoor furniture invites you to relax on one of the terraces or socialise over dinner at the dining table. You can prepare and savour fresh, regional delicacies on the outdoor barbecue while enjoying the fantastic view of the enchanting garden idyll.

Upon entering the house, it is immediately clear that the skilful design of the outdoor area at least matches the interior. Here we find a very successful combination of aesthetic materials and furnishings as well as skilfully used decorative elements, especially in the form of inspiring works of art on the walls. The living room impresses with its generous natural stone wall and the matching wide sofa, which is extremely comfortable and invites you to relax at any time of day. On chilly days, you can even use the fireplace to make yourself cosy and warm and thus ensure incomparable comfort. The classic wooden beamed ceilings and the beautiful floor tiles certainly contribute to this. The kitchen area is characterised by a very original design. Here you will not only find an elegantly designed and fully equipped kitchen including a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also has a very striking seating area with stone walls, which is slightly separated from the rest of the room and is perfect for sitting and enjoying a meal. The round arches that support the individual seating areas and the unusual ceiling design make this a very special place. Another dining option can be found outside the kitchen at the beautiful, solid wooden table, which seats up to six people. All bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom) are furnished to a high standard and feature beautiful and unique designs. Everyone will find the perfect resting place to suit their taste. The following beds are available to guests: three beds measuring 1.80 x 2.20 metres and two measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The bathrooms are also tastefully designed. They are spacious and designed in a comfortable and modern style. You do not need to bring a hairdryer.

Valldemossa was once voted the most beautiful village in Spain and is definitely worth a visit. There are several beautiful beaches near this picturesque village. For example: Cala Deìa (13 km away) with its crystal-clear water or the small pebble beach in Port de Valldemosse (6 km). The nearest sandy beach is around 20 km away in Puerto de Sóller. The lively island metropolis and its beautiful old town can be reached in around 35 minutes.

Villa Son Beltran with sea views is a particularly tastefully renovated holiday home in a fantastic location in the western part of the island. The picturesque villages of Deìa and Valldemossa with countless bars, restaurants and shops are both just a few minutes away by car. The beautiful Cala de Deìa bay is also within easy reach. Palma de Mallorca airport is around 27 kilometres away.
