With a capacity for 8 people, this beautiful holiday cottage offers you the option of being in a beautiful and quiet urban area. Close to shops, roads to discover the province of Malaga both inland and on the Costa del Sol and with very complete facilities.

The outside area of the rural house stands out for its beautiful swimming pool, porch with outdoor furniture and its beautiful garden. With access from the outside from the entrance of the house, the kitchen and the living-dining room, this space will be the family centre on clear days when you can enjoy and treat yourself to the peace and quiet you deserve.

If you wish, you can also park inside the plot, which is prepared so that your vehicle is well protected.

The architecture of the accommodation consists of two floors, on the lower floor you will find a beautiful reception area, a kitchen, a living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living-dining room has a television area so that you can watch your favourite series or films with the family. The dining room area will invite you to have nice family gatherings during the lunches prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

The upper floor is accessed via a beautiful and comfortable staircase, which leads to a large landing, where you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds.

All accommodation except the kitchen and living room has air conditioning.
