This jewel lives up to its name: a holiday home like a private cove, situated on a terraced plateau with magnificent sea views. The proud pool with varying depths and a discreet Greek staircase is not the only blue detail that shines here! Attention has been paid to every detail, even the façade, which impresses with its panoramic windows that extend up to the flat roof, has a blue frame that perfectly matches the image of this summer villa. The partial covering of the terrace with a practical awning and a dark blue parasol ensure that your skin gets a short break from the sun before you pull your lounger back onto the green lawn or make yourself comfortable on the wooden terrace by the pool to read your favourite novel and listen to the gentle waves. Or take a seat on the railing and enjoy the view into the distance. As soon as you get hungry, you can use the mobile charcoal barbecue to conjure up a delicious meal or two. The beautiful outdoor dining table directly on the terrace is a particularly suitable place to eat!

The spacious and casually designed interior of this modern villa is sure to please you just as much! It boasts many stylish design features. From the living area, which invites you to relax and chill out (with a flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art fireplace and two elegant sofas), you enter the adjoining dining area, which flows into the open-plan kitchen. The colours vary here, but still ensure perfect harmony. The large work surfaces in the kitchen offer enough space to try out more daring recipes. There is a lovely little glass table with four leather armchairs for a quick morning coffee. In addition to the guest toilet, one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Incidentally, the architects have also allowed generosity to prevail in all the bathrooms, including the use of materials. Glass and marble elements blend attractively and leave no doubt that you have chosen a first-class home here. A staircase leads from the light-flooded foyer to the upper floor. Here you will see a second high-quality living room that directly adjoins the three bedrooms and bathroom areas. The panoramic terrace is just crying out to be taken outside and marvel at the view.

And as if Bay Blue didn't already have a lot to offer, it's also worth exploring the area on your own. For example, a stroll through the typical Mediterranean alleyways of the small town of Badia Blava, which you can reach on foot in just a few minutes, will quickly make you forget the daily grind. Although the villa is located in a residential area and close to the Ma-6014, it is wonderfully quiet. The bay of Bahia Azul (part of Badia Blava), which means blue bay, is a guarantee for relaxation and offers a fantastic view of the capital's promenade and the open sea. The water is usually beautifully clear and is ideal for all kinds of water sports, including snorkelling and diving. And there are many other beaches in the area, the beautiful beach of Es Trenc and the beach of Sa Rapita can be reached in approx. 10-15 minutes by car. The quiet bay of Cala Pi is approx. 15 km away. For those who like it livelier, the Playa de Palma in Arenal or Can Pastilla can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. And for those who don't love the water, the surrounding towns offer plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining and sports.

Badia Blava beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Incidentally, this is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with opportunities for diving and snorkelling. For an extensive shopping experience, a visit to the weekly market or a trip to a chic restaurant, you only need about 25 minutes by car to Llucmajor. The Maioris golf course and the Palma Aquarium are also nearby. This is the varied holiday experience you can have at Villa Bay Blue!
