Situato nel Comune di Scandicci, Civico 47 è raggiungibile comodamente sia dall’autostrada A1 (uscita Scandicci) o tramite la superstrada Firenze-Pisa-Livorno. Il centro di Firenze, così come l’Aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci distano solo 11km. Una valida alternativa per raggiungere il centro di Firenze è quella di arrivare in auto al Parcheggio Scambiatore di Villa Costanza (5km) e da lì prendere la comoda tramvia (Linea T1.)
