This fabulous house is romantically surrounded by lemon and orange groves in the fertile, golden valley of Mallorca in the midst of a fascinating mountain landscape. A 5,000 m² property with a romantic garden full of Mediterranean plant splendour welcomes you with a variety of native flowers, palm trees and fruit trees. The breathtaking view of the sublime mountain world lets you leave everyday life behind. Enjoy your breakfast outdoors at the wooden dining table on the spacious, covered terrace before setting off for the day's activities. The charcoal barbecue is perfect for conjuring up delicious barbecue specialities in the evening. Comfortable loungers are available on the sun terrace. Here you will find another dining table where you can enjoy a café con leche while reading a good book that you simply haven't found time for at home. The property also has an outside toilet. As your house has no direct neighbours, you can enjoy 100% privacy and recharge your batteries.

Inside the house you will find a rustic, cosy atmosphere. Here you live as authentically as the locals: An earth-coloured stone floor and wooden shutters ensure that it stays pleasantly cool in the summer months. You can also regulate the temperature with the hot/cold air conditioning system in the living area. The spacious entrance area leads into the living room, which is separated by a double door and has a cosy seating area that can be transformed into a fireplace lounge on colder evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a gas and ceramic hob. From here you have direct access to the covered terrace, so you can serve your meals without any detours. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the other two bedrooms, which share an en-suite bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (one is 1.50 metres wide, the other 1.35 metres wide); the third room has two single beds. Wooden beamed ceilings and dark furniture contrast beautifully with the light-coloured curtains, which let in soft light. The modern bathrooms have walk-in showers and large washbasins.

Your holiday home is located in the west of the Balearic island, a region characterised by the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. One of the most beautiful mountain and coastal roads leads from Port d'Andratx via Sollér to Cap Formentor, past the beautiful towns of Deià and Valdemossa and the romantic mountain village of Fornalutx. The versatility of this region is unique. Hiking, cycling and sailing are just some of the many activities you can enjoy here. You can get to know the authentic Mallorca off the beaten track. Sollér is known for its rich orange and lemon harvests and the famous Fet a Sóller ice cream parlour. A historic train takes you at a leisurely pace from Palma to Sóller and from there to Port de Sóller upstream, a coastal village with numerous restaurants and a beautiful harbour. The natural stone house Frontera is idyllically situated on the edge of the charming village of Sóller in the middle of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The village is surrounded by orange and lemon groves and is the destination of the famous historic train that runs from Palma to Sóller through breathtaking landscapes. The offshore harbour of Port de Sóller is a popular starting point for yacht and sailing trips. Typical regional specialities are served in the restaurants in the town.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
