This cosy, absolutely family-friendly villa Sa Plana Port Nou is located in the beautiful countryside of the north-east coast of Mallorca, just 200 m from the enticing sandy beach of Es Port Verd. The approx. 6,000 m² property is located between the bays of Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, so there is always a gentle sea breeze blowing in your nose. On the outside of the house there is a covered and furnished terrace that leads into the pool area, in the centre of which is the 11.5 m long pool, which can be accessed via a Roman staircase. Although the sea is practically on the doorstep, you will find that children in particular will ask for a day at the pool from time to time. It's a particularly inviting place for an evening barbecue with the whole team. Find an ideal spot for your sun lounger outside or under the roof to relax and enjoy the revitalising light of the Mediterranean. Wait, don't forget! Bring a cool drink to your favourite spot!

There's a stylish atmosphere inside the villa too. Terracotta tiles, exposed ceiling beams, soft wall colours, tasteful furniture and carefully selected decor make for a truly cosy living flair. It's definitely easy to get used to! There are three comfortable double bedrooms (two with a double bed each and the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. There is also a large living room with sofa, rocking chairs and TV, as well as an adjoining dining room where you can enjoy a nice meal. The open-plan kitchen, separated only by a counter, has all modern conveniences. So even if you are travelling with two families and children, you can prepare meals just like at home. And unlike a hotel holiday, you don't have a schedule and can plan your stay as you wish. If it gets too cold in autumn or winter, there are electric heaters in the house and the open fireplace provides additional cosy warmth.

A short footpath leads quickly and easily to the nearby coast. The sea here shows its natural beauty with occasional meadows of seaweed, a sandy, gentle slope into the water and pine forests in the hinterland. Villa Sa Plana Port Nou is conveniently located on the road that connects the two bays of Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos. Within 23 minutes by car you can also reach great beaches such as Sa Marjal. The nearest supermarket and several restaurants are just 2 km away. The three golf courses Costa de los Pinos (2 km), Sera de Pula (4 km) and Canyamel (8 km) are also not far away.

Villa Sa Plana Port Nou is a modern holiday home located just a short walk (only 200 m) from the natural sandy beach of Es Port Verd, making it ideal for families with children. The small fishing villages of Cala Bona and Son Servera are only a few minutes away by car. Here you can do your daily shopping. The beach of Costa de los Pinos can also be reached quickly by car, where there are several good fish restaurants.
