This wildly romantic villa is idyllically situated on a gentle slope with wonderful views of the tranquil Sa Granja valley in the south-west of Artà. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. The pool terrace leads directly into the villa's central lounge. Here, an integrated living and dining area on one side merges into an open, fully equipped American kitchen, which offers everything you need for a carefree self-catering holiday. You can enjoy your meals either at the large indoor dining table or outdoors by the pool. At the other end of this combined room, you can relax in the wonderful sofa area - on chilly days, an open fire provides an extra dose of warmth and cosiness. From here, a few steps lead down to the two lower double bedrooms with shared bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a further bedroom and en suite bathroom as well as a small roof terrace with wonderful views. The natural embedding of the villa in the surroundings of the north-eastern peninsula around Artà is unique. It is located in the centre of a 7,000 m² estate and offers maximum privacy. The picturesque town of Artà is only 2 km away. Here you can shop in one of the supermarkets or enjoy several great restaurants (e.g. Vino & Cocino). Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged [30] or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
