18 km from Perpignan, 13 km from the beaches of Le Barcarès, 14 km from Perpignan airport, not far from the 15th-century fortress of Salses, situated between the lakes and the Corbières, you'll love staying in this gîte. On the village's main street, this former 19th-century building offers a gîte and two guest rooms on the first floor of the owners' residence. After a few steps, due to the building's architectural constraints, the shared entrance leads to the owners' day room and the bed and breakfast guests' room, giving access to the 450 m² shared enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m x 1.20 to 2 m deep), open from 10am to 8pm. Upstairs are two guest rooms (not Gîtes de France) and the gîte, which faces the street. The gîte has a kitchen, a living room with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a single bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra bed can be provided for a child under the age of 10. Communal parking is just a few metres away.
