Graz's old town, supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy, farmers' market, opera... can be reached very quickly on foot.

Fully equipped apartment for 4 people, with stove, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron, baby cot, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels, shampoo, first aid kit, etc.

Our tap water is of top quality, is not chlorinated and can be drunk without hesitation.

The apartment is located between 3 quiet courtyards, next to the huge city park in a historic K&K photo studio.

Around the house there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, pediatrician, city park within 200m...

Graz city center / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus and tram stop is 88m away (lines 1, 7, 31 & 39).

The opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily farmers' market), and universities are also within a few minutes' walk.

If you are traveling with children, we can lend you games, toys, a handcart and some "children's accessories" if necessary. Please let me know.

Thanks to a personal parking space directly next to the apartment in the locked courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping), no problems with the short-term parking zone (max. 3 hours parking time), parking fees and parking tickets.

Check-in can be done in person (we are happy to help you arrive) or using a key box. Depending on the agreement (depending on the further occupancy of the apartment), check-in and check-out are also possible outside the specified times. Please contact us in good time, if possible we will be happy to fulfill your wishes.

The modernly furnished old building apartment impresses with its quiet but absolutely central location right next to the Graz city park. The first parts of the formerly stand-alone building were built around 1780; the apartment is located in a former K&K photo studio, which was set up around 160 years ago (around 1866).

The kitchen is separated from the spacious living, dining and work area, the toilet and bathroom are also separated from each other (see plan). The interior rooms are 52m² in size and the terrace is 22m².

Perfect for city trips, short vacations, trade fairs, congresses, graduation parties, opera visits, or as a central starting point for exploring Styria.

Long-term stays are also possible (WIFI courses, master classes, etc.), please contact us before booking for discounts.

We have invested a lot of time and effort in designing the accommodation and hope that you will feel comfortable with us. In order to ensure that the guests after you have a pleasant stay, we ask that you treat the apartment and the furnishings with care.

No more people than registered or agreed. The surcharge per non-registered person is 60 euros per night.

The apartment and the access are not completely child-proof (gas stove, platform in the bedroom, stairs, no socket protection...). Children are welcome but must be supervised.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment; there is an ashtray on the terrace.
