Located in the heart of the Bay of Talloires, this family-friendly vacation home offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Annecy, which stretches from the Bay of Talloires to Duingt Castle. This spacious accommodation has on the first floor a living room and a bedroom with a magnificent lake view and access to the garden, a shower room, a laundry room and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. The second floor consists of a living area with lake views, a separate, well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with exceptional views of the lake and garden and a shared bathroom. On the top floor there are further bedrooms, each comfortably furnished and offering different views of the surrounding area, as well as a practical shower room. Outside, the property has a fully enclosed garden with a large lakeside gravel terrace, lawns, a wooded area and garden furniture. Parking for four cars is available. Please note that snow equipment is required in the winter months and children must be supervised at all times due to the lakeside location of the property. Located in the heart of the Bay of Talloires on Lake Annecy, the house is ideally situated to enjoy the renowned restaurants of the Bay of Talloires and numerous sporting or cultural activities. Water sports activities take place right on the doorstep of the Cercle Nautique de Talloires: Sailing, rowing, paddle rental, kayaks and, in the bay, water skiing and pedal boat rental. All the local stores in Talloires are around 700 m away, including a bakery, grocery store and restaurants.
