Nestled within a wooded estate in Brech, Morbihan, this charming house offers a delightful stay in the Pays d'Auray near the Golfe of Morbihan.

The house showcases a ground floor hosting a dining room, an open kitchen with essential amenities, a cosy sitting area featuring a large fireplace and a separate living area. A convenient shower room completes this level. Upstairs, guests find the comfortable bedrooms and an additional single bed on the mezzanine accessed by a ladder.

Outdoors, the property boasts a sprawling wooded park, complete with swings and sun loungers, a terrace furnished with outdoor garden furniture and a barbecue.

The holiday home is in the estate of the owners comprising several buildings of character including a small manor of the 16th century and the ruins of an old fortification of the 13th century, a barn converted into a small theatre, a park, meadows and a small wood. The estate is situated in the municipality of Brech, between Vannes and Lorient, in the very touristy Pays d'Auray.
Please note, the owners live on-site in an independent house, ensuring guest privacy. Additionally, there's a theatre installed in a nearby barn, approximately 50 metres from the houses, operating from September to May, offering concerts, workshops, and theatre events. Also, there's a departmental road located about 80 metres from the estate.
