This charming villa in Saint Martin de Crau (Caphan) between Arles and the Alpilles offers comfortable accommodation as well as a large terrace and a private heated pool. On the garden level, in addition to the dining room, you will find a spacious kitchen as well as an air-conditioned sitting area and a bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool. Going upstairs, the first floor offers views of the surrounding fields and the remaining bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned. Step outside and you will find a covered terrace, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and a private heated pool (12 x 5 metres). There is also a shower, sink and WC in the outdoor area. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a bakery is 500 m away and other grocery shops about 1 km away. Caphan is an area north of Saint Martin de Crau, on the road to Maussane les Alpilles (5 km). Market on Friday. Enjoy your holiday in a farmhouse (Mas), your holiday apartment in the Bouches-du-Rhône in Provence. Please note that the villa is adjacent to another house on one side and is separated by a wall. Air conditioning is only available in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. In addition, pets are welcome, maximum 1 pet per stay. There is a beehive at the end of the garden.
