The apartment in Talloires is located in a picturesque chalet and offers a fascinating view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a living area that opens onto a terrace overlooking Lake Annecy and the mountains. In this room there is a comfortable sofa, a TV for entertainment and internet access. The well-equipped kitchen in the apartment has modern amenities and provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease. There is a comfortable bedroom with direct access to a balcony with stunning views of the lake. The apartment also has a shower room with hairdryer and a separate WC. The apartment is part of a chalet that offers three other apartments for vacation rental, with the owners also living on site. Externally, the chalet sits on a large plot of 2 hectares, which is shared by the holidaymakers staying in the various apartments and the owners. The apartment has a private terrace overlooking the lake as well as a barbecue and garden furniture. From the chalet, you can go on beautiful hikes such as the ascent of the Tournette or the Col de Frètes. All local stores are located about 5 km away in the center of the village of Talloires-Montmin on the lake or in the center of the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard, about 6 km away. Please note that snow chains or winter tires are required in winter. Enjoy your vacation in the French Alps with a view of the lake and the magnificent mountains.
