A holiday apartment for two people is located next to the owners' house on the upper floor of a farm building on the edge of the forest, on a plot of around 4 hectares. Around the house and apartment, guests have around 1,000 square metres of natural land at their disposal. The holiday apartment is ideal for a riding holiday, as you can bring your own horses and keep them on site. There are two guest horse boxes available (for a fee), which can be used on request. Paddocks for grazing the accompanying horses are also available. On the large natural grounds there is also a small petting zoo, a small playground and, in summer, an idyllic orchard with sunbathing lawn, which can be used by guests.
Access to the centrally heated, approx. 60 square metre apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023, is via a staircase in the so-called Reiterklause. It has a living room (couch, radio, flat-screen TV, dining table) with an open-plan kitchen area (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The living room offers a beautiful view of the property.
The total price includes final cleaning, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Electricity according to consumption, fee for guest horse boxes (if applicable) 8 EUR/night/animal. Bringing animals must always be agreed with the owner!
Dobbin is a district of Dobbertin and lies on the edge of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park. The region is characterised by its rural idyll and is a magnet for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The nature park comprises around 60 lakes. The Nebel and Mildenitz rivers also have their source here. Dobbertin, the next largest town, is only around 3 kilometres away. The Dobbertiner See lake is around 1 kilometre away. The famous monastery complex is located on a peninsula in the lake. The Barlach town of Güstrow with sights such as the cathedral, the Renaissance castle or the parish church as well as a fun pool, a skating rink and an outdoor pool in the summer months is around 30 kilometres away. Various restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are also located there.
