Villa Musalez is a renovated semi detached stone house located in the same named place Musalez, distant only 4 km from Porec, its beaches and numerous entertainment facilities.
The house is situated on an enclosed property where guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, barbecue and covered parking place for 2 cars. At the back side of the house (parking area), owners of the of the adjoining house, have access to their separate entrance, but the area of the swimming pool and summer kitchen is for private use exclusively for the guests of the villa Musalez.

On the first and second floor there are in total 4 bedrooms (two on each floor), each with double bed, air conditioning, private shower/toilet and panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
