Villa Vista Visinada is a nice Istrian stone house with swimming pool on the edge of the picturesque town Vizinada with beautiful panoramic view of the green Istrian inland and Motovun.
The holiday home was recently fully renovated and it is set up on a well-kept and enclosed property where it offers a swimming pool of 32 sqm, children swing, two covered terraces for outside dining, equipped summer kitchen with shower/toilet and several parking places.
Holiday home of 100 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, a separate toilet. On the first floor are in total three bedrooms, one double and two single, and a shower/toilet. In the hall there are two air-condition units which cool the bedrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
