Holiday House with private pool to rent close to Portocolom. Mallorca
Casa Capricho is located in a quiet and peaceful area near to Porto Colom. The shops and restaurants are about 2 km, the harbour or the beach Cala Marsal about 3 km away. The villa offers some sea views from his contryside location with excellent privacy for a relaxing holiday.
The holiday home is very comfortable, having been recently furnished and equipped for modern living. The cosy lounge/dining room has Satellite TV and DVD player and big glass sliding doors open to the garden and the terrace. Adjancent there ist a fully fitted american style kitchen with a breakfast bar. The two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom and the double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Of course all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the rear of the house you find a separate utility room with the washing machine and the stairs leading up to the lovely roof-sun-terrace.
The swimming pool (8m x 5m) with outside shower and sunbeds is set at the bottom of a pleasant, well-kept garden. There is also a covered terrace, with patio furniture, a barbecue for "alfresco" dining and a table tennis table - shure you will have lot of fun!
