The ground floor included a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, 1 single bedroom with TV , 1 doubel bedroom (with king size bed with TV) , a bathroom with shower , washing machine an dryer and last but not least a guest toilet. From the dining room and the sleeping room you have direct access to the terrasse and the garden.
On the upper floor you can find 3 more bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms (2 double bed room with king size bed, 1 with TV and 1 double room with 2 singel beds) . In addition you find a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bathroom with shower and a single kittchen.
You have the possibiliy to use 2 double bedrooms, the kittchen and the bathroom with shower as a separately
appartment . It is a separately area with a closing door.

In order for the booking to be binding for both parties, a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount must be paid no later than 3 days after booking, the remaining payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Energy costs are calculated per day.

The deposit of 300 euros is also to be paid by bank transfer 1 week before arrival and will be returned after departure.
