Villa Casa Rea with pool and beautiful view

The newly built holiday house is located in Vrvari, approx. 3 km from Poreč and beaches with numerous sports facilities. It is located on a property of 700 m2, with a pool of 25 m2 and a hydromassage corner built into the pool. For pleasant summer dinners with gastronomic specialties, there is a barbecue in the yard and a covered terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for two vehicles on the property. The special feature of this house is that the entire garden is surrounded by olive trees and oleanders.

Villa Casa Rea can accommodate 9 persons and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The living area of ​​the villa is 220 m2 and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that opens onto a covered terrace with seating. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room is also located on the ground floor, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
