One room is located on the ground floor and the other four are on the upper floor of the villa where there is also a lounge area. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, dining room, modern kitchen, and another auxiliary kitchen.
On the terrace of the villa there is a beautiful infinity pool of 44 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m whose additional equipment includes lights and the counter current swimming. There are 10 deck chairs around the pool, and there is also an outdoor table and a barbecue where you can prepare typical Dalmatian specialties. Within the fully fenced yard of the villa there are 3 parking spaces available.
