Rustic Villa Princess is located in Orebić, located in the southwestern part of the Pelješac peninsula. Orebic is the cradle of naval captains whose Tradition is kept in the Maritime Museum. This is a place that offers a variety of tourist facilities, beautiful beaches, and stone bays. The villa is located on the seashore, a perfect example of traditional Mediterranean style.

Villa Princess is ready to offer every visitor everything more than enough for a peaceful holiday you've always dreamed of! Dare to escape from the hectic everyday life and indulge in the warm sun and the shining sea where you will find pleasant refreshment.

The building dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2009. The villa has 260 m2 of living space, in front of it is the blue Adriatic Sea, and a private beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. It is fully air-conditioned, the maximum number of guests is nine, while the optimal is seven. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor.

The ground floor has a living room that includes a sofa, sofas, TV, and fireplace. Next to it is an equipped kitchen where you will prepare your favourite dishes and try them in the dining room with eight seats.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with one small lounge, while on the second floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom, and an intermediate space with another bed.

A washing machine and iron can be used as extras, and a feeder and baby cot are available on request.

The villa has a sea view, and the outdoor terrace will delight you with a saltwater pool, size 24 m2, and a depth of 1.45 m. Next to it, there are eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal grill.

You will be able to spend a pleasant morning coffee on the outdoor corner set, and children will have enough space for play and fun because the villa is completely fenced.

There are three parking spaces outside the courtyard of the villa.

Villa Princess is a real example of a combination of local stone and wood that you can find in every room. The courtyard of the villa is rich in palm trees, rosemary, lavender, and gorgeous hibiscus flowers.

Experience the magic of summer and a pleasant climate, indulge in diving, swimming, and relaxing. Fans of sports and active holidays in Orebić can enjoy surfing, sea skiing, rowing, and scuba diving. Also, the surroundings of this beautiful place are ideal for long walks, hiking, or gathering plants.

You can try the specialties in many restaurants and taverns and be sure not to miss a visit to cities near Orebić, such as Korčula, Ston, or Dubrovnik.
