Built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style, this modern beauty is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 6 guests who will have 157 m2 of living space at their disposal. At the same time, on the upper floor they will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (200x180). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, where you will prepare delicious meals for friends and family, and you will try them in the dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. There is a corner sofa in the living room, ideal for an afternoon rest and watching TV. From the living room you can go directly to the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by a covered outdoor dining table with seating.

A pleasant refreshment will be provided by the swimming pool of 40.5 metres in size and 1.5 metres in depth. There are 6 deckchairs on the sunbathing area next to the pool for a complete rest of soul and body. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

As additional content, the villa offers 1 separate toilet, washing machine and iron.

Villa Megi Istra is completely fenced and offers 3 parking spaces outside its yard.

Attractions and local activities within easy reach include wine tours or olive oil tours, water sports, cycling, diving, golf or visiting towns and historical monuments. Istria is full of hidden gems, and Labin is certainly one of them.

You will have the opportunity to try the gastronomic offer that will knock you off your feet with good prosciutto, cheese and truffles. In addition, do not miss to try a drop of olive oil and Istrian award-winning wines such as Teran or Merlot.
