The rustic villa Grandi is located in Grandići, not far from Barban. Picturesque hills, stone houses built in typical Istrian style, olive groves and vineyards surround this beautiful area and await you to spend your holidays enjoying the untouched nature of Istria.
With a floor area of 200 m2, this villa offers enough space for 8 people on a plot of 600m2. Villa Grandi consists of 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 of which feature a double bed while the last one has 2 single beds that are put together. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also features 2 bathrooms with shower enclosures as well as 2 separate toilets.
The special feature of this villa are the 2 fully equipped kitchens: 1 kitchen is located on the 1st floor, the second is in the cosy wine cellar, the so-called konoba, which is perfect for relaxation in the lazy afternoon hours. Connoisseurs will definitely get their money’s worth.
Whether you choose to spend your time basking in the sun whilst relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool you will enjoy complete and utter privacy, as villa Grandi is completely fenced by hedges and trees. 2 private parking spaces are also available.
