Welcome to Villa Tennessee, a spectacular newly renovated villa with all new equipment inside. Maximum comfort and convenience for a perfect family holiday, where good weather is always guaranteed.
Located within the town of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the prestigious urbanization of El Lagar and only 5 minutes by car to the town centre and 15 minutes to Malaga Intl. Airport. Malaga City and the beaches of Torremolinos are only 20 minutes drive from the property.
The villa layout by floor is as follows:
MAIN FLOOR
* KITCHEN: on the main floor we find a State-of-the-Art kitchen with the following appliances: 3 ovens, 3 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, induction ceramic cooktop and a microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances which include microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. Enjoy breakfast and lunch while seating at the island with 6 bar stools. A dining table that seats 15 people for dinner with the family is also included in the kitchen area. From the kitchen we have direct access to the garden through 2 large terrace doors.
* LIVING ROOM: a large and bright room with L-shaped sofa for up to 6 people, 85' TV with international channels and several individual armchairs. The fireplace is non-functional due to Safety Regulations
* BEDROOM 1: is the only room in the property that can be accessed without climbing any stairs and is suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. It has a double bed of 150x200, wardrobe, mirror and complete bathroom en-suite.
* BATHROOM: full bathroom with shower stall located on the main floor.
* TOILET: toilet on the main floor located in the entry hall.
FIRST FLOOR
* BEDROOM 2: can be considered the main bedroom of the house and consists of 1 double bed 150x200, double sofa, 6 door wardrobe, stand-alone mirror and bathroom en-suite.
* BEDROOM 3: consists of 1 double bed of 150x200, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror.
* BEDROOM 4: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, desk and chair to work, wardrobe, mirror and access to a terrace of 40 square meters with relaxation area and breathtaking views of Malaga City and its surrounding areas
* BEDROOM 5: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, built-in wardrobe and mirror. The fireplace is non-functional due to Safety Regulations
* BEDROOM 6: consists of 2 single beds of 90x190, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror.
* BEDROOM 7: consists of 1 bunk bed + two single beds 90x190, flat screen TV, board games, video games for children, wardrobe and mirror.
* BATHROOMS: on the first floor there are two additional bathrooms. Totally new and refurbished like the rest of the house. One of the bathrooms has a wall mounted Smart Bathroom Mirror with LED light.
EXTERIOR
* Parking inside the plot for up to 5 cars, without ramps and slopes.
* The electricity of the house is obtained through solar panels, contribute to a clean and sustainable energy.
* Terrace with a set of sofas for 6 people.
* Swimming pool of 4x10 metres with water jets. The pool is not heated however open all year round.
* There are 8 sun loungers by the pool for sunbathing.
* Table tennis table and basketball.
* Barbecue area with table and seats in a shaded area with a very pleasant temperature.
* At nightfall there are automatic lights outside and by the pool.
