The apartment is newly renovated in 2016 and equipped with a modern, new designer kitchen, granite countertop, stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan to the outside, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, NESPRESSO machine, toaster, fondue set, etc.

Bus connection, restaurants, post office and a small park with mini golf course are in the immediate vicinity. The spa, doctors, pharmacies and shopping facilities, banks and the valley station of the cable car Sankt-Moritz Bad, Signal - Corviglia are within walking distance. The Sankt Moritz lake and hiking trails are about 300 m away. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. For a maximum of four people, the leather couch in the living room can be folded out to a sofa bed (lying surface 1.40m x 2 m). Free underground parking space (no double parking) in the house or outside parking space on request. Pets by arrangement.
