Zur Anlage gehören 2 Schwimmbecken und 2 grosse Liegewiesen direkt am See. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Morcote ist 1.5k gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung gibt es eine Bar, Restaurant sowie einen Bootshafen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Alle grösseren Länden befinden sich 10min mit dem Auto entfernt im «Centro Lugano Sud» in Grancia. Wer es mondän möchte, ist in 30min in Como bzw. 45min in Mailand. Für die Naturfreunde ist direkt hinter der Wohnung ein Wanderweg auf den Monte Arbostora bzw. den San Salvatore. Die minimale Aufenthaltsdauer für die Wohnungsmiete beträgt 4 Tage.
