Penthouse Sipina on Dalmatian Island Ugljan with dry dock storage for boat

The penthouse is close to the beach, in a quiet area along a not often used street in a small island town Kukljica. Kukljica is a tourist and fishing town on the island of Ugljan near Zadar and the island of Pašman, well connected to the mainland by car or ferry.
The ferries run almost each hour, and the journey takes 25min. In the high peak season if necessary 2 ferries run at the same time.
The surface of this eternally green island is covered by olive groves, idyllic coves and colorful fishing ports.


The apartment is 110m2 and situated on the 2st floor (accessible by staircase). The apartment has free WiFi, air conditioning, and even floor heating in winter.
There are 2 bedrooms. Both have a balcony overlooking the garden, with a king size bed (1.60m width), wardrobe and night cabinets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, dishwasher, spices, homemade olive oil. A dining table is for 6 people.
The living room area has a flat screen TV with satellite, a radio (suitable for USB and Bluetooth) and a sofa. In the corner is a work deck with printer in case you need to work on your laptop.
There are 2 bathrooms, containing a shower, hairdryer, towels and a toilet. One of them has a washing machine. The penthouse comes with an additional wardrobe room.
A 30m2 terrace with a splendid view to Velebit, Zadar and Kukljica town where you can also grill on charcoal. The dining table on the terrace can seat up to 8 people.

The terrace with a sea view is equipped with garden furniture and a garden lounger. In front of the house is a beautiful lawn, exotic palms, agava and other plants. There is also a balcony which can be reached from the main bedroom that is looking at our garden. On the balcony there is also a smaller table with two garden chairs.
A stone wall is surrounding the property area. The property is detached with no direct neighbors. Next to the apartment house are 4 private garages for which you will get your own key.
For grill lovers we have a grill room with a charcoal grill and gas grill. In it is a minibar for cooling wine and drinks, kitchen cutlery, dinnerware, table which can seat up to 8-10 people / friends, and even a radio.
Our guests have a laundry room at their disposal where they can wash, tumble dry and iron clothes. Laundry detergents are provided on site and free of charge.

For those who want to explore the island cycling we offer 2 mountainbikes and 2 ebikes for rent.

We have a cooperation with a couple of small island businesses to make your stay on an island adventurous and fun:

- Big fishing tour for a day - experience first hand tuna fishing for example.
- We offer small boat excursions to National Park Kornati archipelago with more than 150 islands. The Kornati islands represent a true paradise for boaters, divers, and all those who love to enjoy the charms of intact nature. Comprised of both land and sea, the national park Kornati is famous for its vertical cliffs and the crystal-clear sea. Some of the most impressive cliffs go as high as 80 meters outlining the islands and facing the open sea allowing unforgettable views.
- You can rent a boat if you wish to discover the surrounding islands and its beaches and hidden coves on your own.
- Join us on an Olive harvest on an island with more than 200 years of traditional olive processing. With more than 200 000 olive trees the island rightfully carries the nickname "Olive island". Spend a beautiful sunny day in nature, accompanied by Mediterranean feast. At the end of the harvest you will visit the local oil mill to see the production process of olives where you can savour and buy the freshly pressed olive oil. The harvest takes place during October and November.

The nearest beach is 300m away. Other attractive sandy beaches are Velika Sabusa (1.3km), Zelena punta (1.1km) and Kostanj (2.3km). In total the island has 46 beaches, from large beaches with every facility for a fun family day, to hidden coves where you can share the sands with only a few people.
The town centre with supermarkets and restaurants is 650m away. You can relax in one of the caffes, beach bars or gelateria for instance.
The town features also a a small marina with 50 berths for rent Berths have access to water and electricity and the marina has a boat lift and sanitary facilities. It is a good base for nautical tourists wishing to explore the national parks of Kornati and Telašćica.
The island offers many possibilities for an active holiday like hiking, climbing, cycling, diving or canoeing.
