The large, beautiful wooden deck that winds along the south and west sides of the house has room for lounge chairs and a dining area and is screened by a nice fence. From here you can enter the beautiful gazebo - a real relaxing space that extends the summer at both ends and from which you have a view of the garden, the surrounding beautiful nature and a small view of Ebeltoft Vig.

Øer is known for its child-friendly beaches, a great mountain bike trail and Øer Maritime Ferieby. The area also offers good fishing and windsurfing, which will encourage you to stay and enjoy water sports. Via a nice paved bike path you can quickly reach the cobblestone pedestrian zone of Ebeltoft or take advantage of the possibility to walk through the forest to Ebeltoft. The town offers a rich cultural and culinary offer, and from here it is not far to the many vacation attractions of Djursland.
