Located in Romanyà de la Selva, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home that can sleep up to 4 persons. There is a shared swimming pool to cool off on a hot summer day and a private terrace. It is suitable for a small family or a group of friends.

For sunbathing, watching sunsets, and walking by the coastline, the sea rests at 10 km. Even the town Figueres with its famous Dalí museum and Barcelona are easily reachable.

    “Het is een prachtig groot huis. Geen heel moderne inrichting, maar dat vinden wij niet belangrijk, als het maar schoon en praktisch is. En dat was het! Vooral de keuze uit zitplekjes: geweldig!! Je hebt twee grote balkons en een grote tuin. Er is dus altijd wel een plek in of juist uit de zon. Tussendoor even ronddobberen in het zwembadje is ook lekker.
    Het bed mocht wat ons betreft wel vernieuwd worden, maar dat is het enige!
    In de beschrijving staat dat er een bad is, maar dat is er niet. Wij hebben dat totaal niet gemist: er was een heerlijke ruime douche.”

    “Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt, erreichbar über einfache Feldwege am Rande des kleinen Ortes Romanya de la selva. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur die Hunde der umliegenden Häuser sorgen für etwas Gräuschkulisse. Dafür sind ja Wachhunde auch da - auch Nachts! Das Haus selbst - wenn man es denn gefunden hat (ein Navi mit Koordinateneingabe ist faktisch ein Muss!) - ist sauber und geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen. Leider ist Deutsch und Englisch nicht so ganz die Sprache, die sie sprechen, wir sprachen dafür aber auch kein spanisch.

    An Einrichtung ist drin, was drin sein sollte, auch wenn es eher an das Interieur aus Omas Zeiten erinnert. Matratzen und Couch - sehr weich! Vielleicht überlegt man sich, mal etwas Neues anzuschaffen.

    Angesichts der eh überhöhten Preise zur Hauptsaison an der Costa Brava war das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis aber in Ordnung.

    Wir haben es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und zu grillen. Der kleine Pool kann mit benutzt werden. Alles ist sauber und anständig.”
