    Ansprechpartner vor Ort sprechen kein Deutsch. Telefonisch vermittelte der Veranstalter uns am 2. Urlaubstag ein Ersatz- Ferienhaus. Auch dort enstprach die Hygiene nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Lustig, wie die Holländer einem dann versuchen zu erklären, dass das normal ist. Tipp: Laut AGB bei Beschwerden immer direkt an den Veranstalter, die Leute vor Ort haben nicht die Funktion einer Reiseleitung.
