    “Einfache aber ausreichende Ausstattung, sehr nette und zurückhaltende Eigentümer, die sich täglich um das weitläufige Grundstück kümmern. Großer, sauberer Pool - wird täglich gereinigt! Poolbereich ist für Hunde selbstverständlich gesperrt. Kein WLAN, ital. und frz. TV-Sender.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist in einem guten Zustand. Das Objekt selbst ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt ruhig ganz oben auf einem Hügel, allerdings ist die Aussicht durch sehr viele Bäume stark begrenzt, was jedoch nicht weiter stört. Es war sehr sauber und der Besitzer war jeden Tag da, um den Rasen zu bewässern und den Pool zu reinigen. Man sollte jedoch seine italienischen Sprachkenntnisse auffrischen oder zumindest ein Wörterbuch haben, da er kein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch sprach. Im Zweifelsfall war seine Tochter am Telefon erreichbar, um die wichtigsten Dinge zu besprechen. Der Preis war sehr günstig für das Haus. Allerdings ist es nicht für 6 Personen zu empfehlen, da 2 Kinderbetten in einem Schlafzimmer sind, die man nicht zusammenschieben kann, da man sonst die Tür nicht mehr zu/auf bekommt. Es ist also maximal für 4 Personen und 2 Kinder geeignet, wobei dann 2 Erwachsene auf der Couch schlafen müssen. Diese ist jedoch recht bequem :)

    Zu den Freizeitangeboten: Ich habe eine Kinderschaukel und eine kleine Rutsche gesehen und der Pool ist sehr schön. Allerdings wird es recht eng werden, wenn alle Objekte vermietet sind.

    Das SAT-TV sollte man nicht wörtlich nehmen. Es ist ein sehr kleiner TV mit italienischen Sendern, die teilweise sogar in sehr schlechter Bildqualität sind. Aber man will ja dort nicht fernsehen...”
