Ideal apartment for families, near one of the most interesting beaches in Mijas Costa linked along its entire coastline to the Port of Cabopino along the Malaga coastal path.

Within a beautiful urbanization with a communal pool and beautiful gardens, you will find rest and proximity to public places such as beaches, restaurants, cafes.

You should know that the parking space available at the accommodation is not assigned. The parking is private but it depends on the responsible use of the neighbors not to introduce more than one vehicle per apartment. Conclusion: PARKING SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED OR ASSIGNED. IF YOU ARRIVE AND THERE IS A SPACE, WONDERFUL, IF YOU ARRIVE AND THERE IS NO SPACE YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND PARKING IN THE SURROUNDINGS. IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR PARKED AND YOU LEAVE, THAT PARKING MAY BE OCCUPIED.

The location of the apartment is ideal for walking to the beach through the underground passage that takes you to "Playa Luna" where you can rest, sunbathe or enjoy the gastronomic offerings of the area. You can also take a walk along the "Paseo de Calahonda", a circuit to walk among trees and native species.

The accommodation located on the second floor with an elevator has a South orientation where you will have many hours of sun on its large terrace. The terrace also has an integrated barbecue that you can use without any problem of disturbing the neighbors.

Upon entering, the first view that the accommodation offers you is a general plan of the large living room with sofa bed (sofa bed that allows the fifth and sixth person to stay) with access to the large terrace, leaving aside the American kitchen. (because it has a connection through a large window to the living room). This kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can make your lunches without any problem. You can have lunch in the living room or on the terrace and enjoy television, thanks to the internet connection you can continue enjoying your favorite series. You can warm up the living room on the coldest days with a fireplace with glass and security door, easy to use and elegant in space. (Firewood not included).

To rest, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have space to store your luggage in an orderly manner and exterior windows. We highlight the bedroom with a double bed that has a fireplace with a secure closure that can warm the room and create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere (Firewood not included).

You will have a bathroom with a bathtub.
