This detached listed building is located in the centre of the traditional village of Melidoni, in the province of Mylopotamos. Near the mountain of Psiloritis (UNESCO Global Geopark) and 8km from the beach of Bali

The ground floor is about 70 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with sofas, a working area, a flatscreen TV, DVD player and a music system. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a queen bed, a fireplace and direct access to the garden. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machines, ice making machine, fridge etc. and a dining area. By the kitchen, there is access to the garden, the barbeque and an outdoor dining table.The 1st floor has two bedrooms and a living room with access to the terrace and mountain view. The main bedroom is for 4 people with a queen bed, fireplace and view to the inner yard - as the ceiling is very high, a mezzanine with two beds was created, with a view to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has view to the garden and a smaller mezzanine with boho cushions' sofa.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and has a view to Talaia mountain. The garden has barbeque facilities, flowers and grass suitable for childrens' play, a garden lounge and sunbeds under sunshade.The property is fenced and therefore suitable for children.

There is a baby cot and a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.

The beach is about 8 kilometres away.The village centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 50 metres away.The nearest big town is 24 kilometers away.
