Welcome to Landhaus Laubendorf,
on the sun terrace above Lake Millstatt

This cozy and well-equipped wooden country house is located on Lake Millstatt, on the sunny plateau, directly on the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains, 200 meters above Millstatt in Laubendorf, bordering the 2,000 m high mountains of the UNESCO Biosphere Park Nockberge with extensive hiking areas and popular alpine huts. The "Via Paradiso" hiking trail passes in the immediate vicinity.

It is a non-smoking house with a 1,200 m2 garden, three sun terraces and a gazebo. Dogs are also allowed by arrangement.

The MIC (Millstätter See Inclusive Card) is included for numerous discounted or free admissions and activities in the region for children and adults.

The Millstätter See offers all kinds of water sports and recreational opportunities in summer, and the surrounding area offers the best opportunities for mountain hikes and bike tours. Mountain bikers get their money's worth!

In winter, the Goldeck ski area can be reached from Spittal (approx. 6 km) by gondola. The Katschberg or Bad Kleinkrichheim can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The 18-hole Millstatt golf course is right in front of the door. It offers a beautiful view and is sporty and very popular with flat and mountainous parts.

With a living space of 183 m² on three floors the house has three separated bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and two single beds). There are three big balconys in east, south and west direction. The living room has a tiled stove, SAT-TV and WLAN. The kitchen of the house has all the necessecary equipment and has a small pantry. From the kitchen there is an Exit tot he east terrace. Alongside the kitchen there is the dining table. There are two bathrooms with showers, toiletts one with a bathtub and an aditional toilett in the ground floor. In the cellar you will find a playroom with table tennis, tabel football and other things to play with. There are cool rooms for storage. In all the house has enough space for your luggage.

Included in the price is a card (MIC-Card) with several benefits of many leisure time facilities around lake Millstatt.

Beneth the tield stove the heating in the house is working on electric radiators or ventilators.

The house has quite new equipment.

If you bring along a dog we ask fo another € 10,00 per night.
