Bodannon - Eco friendly house by the beach

Bodannon is set on a tranquil family friendly site offering a 4 Star, luxuriously styled four bedroomed beach house with a lovely bubbling hot tub exclusively for your use. The house has electric heating and parking. It has a downstairs double room with Ziplink Beds and its own en-suite shower room for the less mobile. It’s an ideal base for beach holidays and multi-generational family breaks with Porthtowan beach just 400m away.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs would be welcome to stay.

Set in a communal garden you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area. With outside furniture to help you enjoy the gardens or the Hot tub at the back of the property which is in an enclosed private area.

Within this luxurious open plan property you will find comfortable areas to relax and dine together, equipped with free Wifi, smart TV, a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. There is an enclosed space at the rear complete with Hot Tub (exclusively for your use) and drying area, at the front of the property is an outside seating area. Leading from the lounge is a double room with en-suite (having wider 83" doors), ideal for the less able guest. Also provided at the property is a suitcase ramp to help with access from the car park and also into the property.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and family bathroom, the master complete with en-suite, TV and balcony to the front of the property. Towels and linen are also all included within the price.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs would be welcome to stay. Crates are available if required.

A Welcome pack and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.

As with all Cornish Holiday properties, we have teamed up with many organisations and attractions in Cornwall. By doing this, we can offer our guests a variety of discounts to a number of locations; vouchers for these will be received with your travel pack before your stay.

The beach is just 400 meters away, just a short walk down a single track, tarmac road which is reasonably steep. There is also a flatter route to the cliff top via a narrow path.

With Porthtowan beach just 400m away it's and ideal place to enjoy the Cornish coast. There are many paths off around the cliff tops to explore the beauty of Cornwall.

Our property has a green sedum roof which is great for the environment.
