Nancy and Jérôme invite you to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the village of Cabestany. Their gîte, L'Olivier, is a 28 m² studio offering all the modern comforts and facilities you could wish for. You can enjoy the swimming pool, which is shared with the owners. All set in a garden adorned with palm trees and other shrubs and plants. We look forward to welcoming you soon. In the heart of the village of Cabestany, this beautiful 1930s house offers 2 adjoining gîtes on one level, each with its own entrance and private terrace. A 3rd gîte in the form of a detached villa is also on site. Upstairs: the owners' residence. From June to September, the owners' swimming pool (7.3 x 3.5 and 0.90 to 1.50 deep) is shared, with opening times from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Private enclosed parking is available. 900 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers. Studio on one level: kitchen with dining area and living room (sofa bed for 1 person) communicating with the sleeping area (1 bed 160), shower room (wc). The gîte opens onto its own private terrace.
As indicated in the conditions, for special reasons (mainly allergies) we are unable to accommodate animals, except for visually impaired people. However, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this matter, depending on the species of animal.
