Our newly built house stands on the outskirts of Ettensberg in a quiet and beautiful location.
Enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. There are 7 apartments available that can accommodate 2-6 people. All apartments are furnished in a more modern rural style.
The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher and other accessories.
Each of the 7 apartments has a separate balcony or terrace.
Internet connection is also available in every apartment.
3 apartments are equipped for the disabled, and offer a wheelchair user the opportunity to move easily.
In Soutarain there is a breakfast room where you can have breakfast on request. In addition, a wellness area with sauna, shower and relaxation room with garden access invites you to relax. These rooms are barrier-free and can be reached easily.
A natural stream and forest edge limit the garden with sunbathing area, barbecue and children's playground. As a riding stable belongs to this property, riding enthusiastic children and adults get their money's worth.
Hiking and skiing areas, lakes, and the Family Vital Park Bad are within easy reach.
Parking spaces and rental garages directly at the house are available. Bus stop and train station are nearby.
