Lage:
Located in a very calm area, amidst the nature and the skiing Region, about 10km above Lienz. In summer the cottage can be reached by car but in winter you have to park your car at the parking area about 600m from the hut. The owner will bring you to the Cottage, or, you take the ski lift and the ski downhill until you reach the hut (this would take about 10 minutes). Hunting on request.
Entfernungen:
100m to the ski slopes and sledge run; ski schools, curling (Austrian style) 1.5km. Inn 300m. Shopping and restaurants at the town in 10km. Hiking trails start directly at your doorstep; swimming and cycle hire in 11km. Summer skiing at the Mölltaler glacier!
Ausstattung:
You rent the ground floor, which is rustically and cosy furnished. Living room with chimney, kitchenette with electric cooker (2 plates), fridge, microwave, minioven, coffee machine. Radio, television, Wi-Fi (for a fee) available. 1 bedroom with a four-poster-bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, private sauna! Central heating via the chimney. The upper floor is not for rent and is private. In front of the hut are meadows, covered seats, sunbeds and a barbecue. Stabling for horse available. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels.
Nebenkosten:
Local tourism tax currently 2,-/person/night. Final cleaning 65,. Pet 35,-. -If required in winter: luggage transportation (depends on the weight) 20,-/trip.
