The cabin is surrounded by meadows and forest, on a slight slope.

Forstau with shops, bakery, 2 km, lifts Forstau - Reiteralm in 2,5km. Lake for bathing, tennis, golf 6km. Walking paths and sledding runs from your doorstep!


Ausstattung:
Ground floor: parlor with dining table, satellite TV, radio, kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Twin room, shower, toilet. Sauna. First floor: 2 double rooms with balcony, 2 double rooms, shower/toilet. Central heating. In front of the hut is a garden with seats and barbecue. In the barn nearby are our animals as horse, cows, sheep, cat.


Nebenkosten:
Electricity € 0,35/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 1,30/person/night, cleaning € 70,-, bed linen can be rented for € 8,-/set and towels for € 2,-/set. Pet € 25,€/stay. Deposit € 200,-.

    “What a wonderful house! With 5 bedrooms, the 10 of us were comfortable, and especially delighted with the sauna, two complete bathrooms, and a lovely view. The house is even nicer now than in the pictures, as it has clearly had a substantial upgrade. There is just one kitchen/dining/living room, but since we were doing activities outside all day every day, this was not an issue. Larissa was a stellar host! We had three days of new snow (unexpected), so chains for the cars were necessary.”

    “Een mooi en groot, maar gedateerd huis, dat van alle gemakken voorzien is: TV, radio, elektrisch fornuis (incl. oven), koelkast, magnetron, vaatwasmachine, broodtoaster, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. In de keuken waren ook vaatwastabletten , vuilniszakken en andere keukenartikelen aanwezig. Buiten stonden bakken met verse kruiden, en ook konden we -gratis- verse eieren krijgen.
    Het huis was goed schoon, bedden waren opgemaakt (extra te boeken). Ook mocht onze hond mee, en was er een waterbak en een voerbak aanwezig.
    Het uitzicht was geweldig. Er waren buiten tafels, stoelen, kussens en parasols aanwezig.
    Naast het huis waren kippen en schapen die gezellig aanwezig waren :-)
    Larissa is een geweldige gastvrouw die altijd klaar staat om vragen te beantwoorden.”
