Jani's Beach House, 9 km from the airport

Our maisonette is 30 meters from a beautiful Blue flag sandy beach. From two of the terraces you will have direct view of the sea. One room has a view in the back yard with all that you need for grill and nice evenings with family and friends. It's fun for everyone under one roof!
The maisonette is located on the beautiful sandy beach, between Nei Epivates and Agia Triada of Thermaikos Municipality, just 9 km from Makedonia airport (SKG) and just 20 km from Thessaloniki’s center.

The backyard with barbecue is great option for gathering that has direct access from the kitchen and living and dining space. The bedrooms are on levels so if some of your group wants to rest while you are having barbecue, you won't disturb them.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price if you want to avoid to pay in one of the great beach bars in the neighborhood.

There are are 3 enclosed bedrooms and a full equipped common space for lodging, dining and cooking in the half-basement that has direct access to the back yard with equipment for private barbecue and seating area.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are enclosed. One of the bedrooms is duplex with 4 beds on two floors connected with internal stairs.
You will have a great balcony with view of all gulf and Thessaloniki.

Jani's Beach House is a part of a complex of 5 independent houses. All beaches in Greece are public and can be accessed 24 hours, you can use the beach in front of the house how long you wish . In the village which is very close too, there are many restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacies, etc.
The area is dedicated for holidays and living, so the guests have to follow strictly the observed rules of public order.
The ability to have a view of the sea allows you comfort and relaxation.

It is remarkably well situated gives the opportunity for swimming, walking, jogging, shopping either at Perea, one of the most developing suburbs of Thessaloniki, just 2,5 Km from the house, or at the biggest shopping centers of the city of Thessaloniki, visiting multiplex cinemas, bowling, entertainment parks, casino, night clubs...
Our guests can also visit the wine roads of Northern Greece or drive to Chalkidiki beaches.
The place is well connected with Thessaloniki with regular buses.
There are a lot of great restaurants close , but the nearest tavern with Greek and sea food, Gorgona is only 50 meters from the house and you will get 10% discount as our guests. Also there are few bars that you can visit that have wonderful atmosphere and music.The whole area is easy accessible with bike and fun to ride by the sea.

There is a free parking spaces on the street.
