If you want to taste the sweetness of Istrian life, in authentic surroundings, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and breathtaking nature, this magnificent villa with all amenities it was created for you.

The large plot of the villa offers a view of untouched nature. Villa Grisi is a half hour drive to the beautiful Istrian beaches.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a large modern kitchen with its own dining room and living room. This space is connected to the pool and terrace by large sliding glass walls, which with its contents makes an extension of the living room and expands this living space during the warmer months.

So that everyone can find their peace or comfort, the ground floor is equipped with another smaller living room, Here fans of video games or television series will be able to enjoy their hobbies without interruption.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where 4 bedrooms are located. Two of them, air-conditioned with double beds, have a private bathroom. On the same floor are another air-conditioned double room and a twin bedroom, also air-conditioned. Of course, guests have at their disposal a third bathroom.

Again on this floor there is a small space equipped with a comfortable armchair and a unique view of the surrounding nature available to those who want to escape a bit in complete peace.

Upstairs, internal stairs lead us to the imposing roof terrace that covers the entire space of the house. Armchairs and sun loungers are available for those who want to enjoy sunbathing during the day or the magnificent starry sky on summer evenings.

Once again, from this terrace you can only enjoy this idyllic landscape, composed of the richness of the region such as olive trees and famous vineyards of Istria.

In the outdoor garden, everyone can enjoy the swimming pool (15.05-01.10) or outdoor lounge located nearby, while watching the children who can have fun not far away in the space reserved for them.
