Schönes Appartement mit Grill, Pool und Terrasse

Die gepflegte geschlossene Wohnanlage befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes es liegt nur die Straße und der Supermarkt Lidl dazwischen. Wer die Straße nicht überqueren will geht 1 km weiter zur Unterführung.

Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Neben der großen Dachterrasse gibt es noch einen lichtdurchfluteten Atrium-Hof der vollständig mit Glasdach und Fenstern verschlossen ist und somit gleichzeitig Treppenhaus zur Dachterrasse ist und ein weiteres Wohnzimmer abgibt. Alles innerhalb als exklusives Penthouse.

Neben dem schönen Strand Playa Flamenca mit Strandbar gibt es auch einen Naturalistentrand, der sich in den Klippen versteckt. Dazwischen gibt es sogar einen Hundestrand. Alles in Laufnähe

    “Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht,Klimaanlage, Küche, schönes Duschbad, zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer und eine riesige Terrasse, viele schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung”
